Q. What do I need to bring?
Bring your photo ID (driving licence or passport), glasses or contact lenses if you wear them, and any relevant medical information such as a list of medications.
Q. How long does the appointment take?
Most appointments take 15–20 minutes. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early. You'll leave with your completed D4 form ready to send to the DVLA.
Q. What if I fail the medical?
We offer a free re-test if you fail due to a borderline result. Our doctors will advise you on the reason and what steps to take next to meet the DVLA's standards.
Q. Is this DVLA-approved?
Yes. All examinations are conducted by GMC-registered doctors and the D4 form completed follows the official DVLA format. Your form is ready to submit directly to the DVLA upon completion.
